Beth Kaminski is a Commercial Title Officer, and an attorney. She started doing title exams in 1995 at Chicago Title, where she learned how to search, examine, escrow close and issue policies over a period of two years. She then went on to practice Real Estate Law for 19 years before returning to work in the National Commercial Services Department with Fidelity National Title's Chicago office in 2015. Over the last two years with Fidelity she has examined files which include properties located in Illinois and Iowa. She is the office Iowa expert and has handled multi-site transactions including recent Windfarm transactions.

Beth was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1995. She graduated from DePaul University's College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, in 1995 with a Juris Doctorate. She also has a B.A. in Journalism and an M.A. in Mass Communication, both from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a long-time member of the Illinois State Bar Association and lives in the far West suburbs with her husband, two kids and two cats. In her spare time, Beth likes to travel, read books and play cards and board games.
