John P. Wallace serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity National Title's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Chicago. Entering the industry in 2003, he previously held the positions of closing manager and escrow officer at Guaranty National Title Company in Chicago doing residential and commercial closings, while managing other closers. John joined the NCS in 2018 and, in his current role, completes all aspects of both simple and complex commercial closings for properties in all 50 states including multi-state and multi-site transactions. In addition, he is responsible for completing settlement statements, following closing/escrow instructions from buyers, sellers, attorneys, and lenders, disbursing closing escrows, and post-closing duties. John sees his most important role as giving excellent customer service and attending to customers as promptly as possible.

John has an associate's degree in science and a bachelor's degree in computer graphics technology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. He resides in Algonquin, Illinois with his wife and son.
