Ramiro Huerta serves as Assistant Vice President and Senior Commercial Title Officer for Fidelity National Title's Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined Lawyers Title in 1998 and as was part of the LandAmerica team that came over to Fidelity in 2009. Since then Ramiro has worked in various locations throughout the Chicagoland area, south and western suburbs on both Commonwealth Land Title and Fidelity National Title transactions. Three years ago he was given the opportunity to learn and work with the commercial escrow department as a commercial escrow officer dealing with several high profile transactions. To help strengthen and grow the commercial title production unit, Ramiro transferred back to title in 2015. Currently he is working closely with senior underwriters as a commercial title examiner with underwriting capacity.
