Cobe serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Chicago. She joined the industry in 2000 and the NCS in 2008. Cobe facilitates the purchase, sale, and refinancing of commercial properties. She works with purchasers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, brokers, national title offices, and different recording municipalities to help coordinate and finalize the closing and funding of real estate property.
